Black, White & Style Allover: #pinetopretreat project

What's black, white with style all over? I'll tell you, don't worry. It's my newest project for a very important client. It also happens to be my biggest #taystefulhome endeavor to date.

Check out this generous 3,200 square foot floor plan. There's 3 bedrooms, 1 study, 1 indoor/outdoor living area and 3 1/2 baths of wonderous space to make furniture selections for, style and consume lots of red wine in. I'm just a tiny bit excited about this one.

The #pinetopretreat is a new build located in South Carolina. It sits nestled on a quiet one acre lot surrounded by sky high pine trees . The house will have a modern cottage elevation with neutral interiors inspired by the owners love of the southwest. See our concept for the overall aesthetic below - I'm just a tiny bit jealous they get to live here, not going to lie.

This week, after much deliberation, all material selections have been made for the interior of the home. Check out this stunning flat lay.
